Direct website purchases are orders with Suisqua. They are not Kickstarter pledges. Any future Kickstarter campaign is a separate offer under its campaign disclosures and applicable platform terms.
The Suisqua Tank is a prototype in development. Images may include renders. Planned specifications, hardware integration, automated care, and AI-assisted health features are still being developed and validated. Target delivery is Summer 2027, an estimate that may change. The direct website preorder is charged in full; it is not a deposit. Review the product description, currency, total charges, and delivery information before paying.
Shipping is free for U.S. orders only. For other destinations, contact support@suisqua.com before ordering to confirm availability and shipping charges. Direct website orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment.
We offer returns requested within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused with original packaging and all included parts. There is no restocking fee. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping; Suisqua pays return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection, within applicable legal deadlines. Email support@suisqua.com with your order reference to request cancellation or a return.
Use the website lawfully and do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, or submit malicious content. Only send information or materials you have the right to provide.
Preview features and planned AI-assisted aquarium care do not guarantee fish health or prevent livestock loss. Continue physical inspections, appropriate independent water testing, equipment maintenance, and qualified advice for animal-health concerns. Product development claims do not establish that physical automation, disease assessment, or hardware control is currently available.
These terms do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights, legal remedies for defective or misdescribed goods, or rights relating to shipment delays.
