Shipping and Preorders

Shipping is free for U.S. orders only. For other destinations, contact support@suisqua.com before ordering to confirm availability and shipping charges.

The Suisqua Tank is a preorder for a product in development. Its current target delivery is Summer 2027. This is an estimate and may change as development, testing, and manufacturing progress. The website preorder is a full-payment order, not a deposit or a Kickstarter pledge.

Direct website orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment. Email support@suisqua.com with your order reference. Applicable legal rights concerning shipment delays, cancellation, and refunds remain unaffected.

Other products follow the availability information on their own product pages.
