Scope and contact
Suisqua, Inc. operates www.suisqua.com. This notice covers the website store, contact forms, launch updates and available website member features. Contact support@suisqua.com. The aquarium app is a separate service. Its privacy policy is at https://suisqua.app/privacy.
Information we handle
Contact forms collect your name, email address, message and selected reason for contacting us. Newsletter forms collect your email address and subscription choice. Orders can include contact, billing and delivery details, purchased items, transaction references and related messages. If you use a website member account, Wix handles the relevant account and sign-in information. The fields you complete show what is requested. Please do not email passwords or full payment-card details.
Payments and purposes
Wix Payments processes website payments, including the card, wallet and PayPal options available at checkout. Payment and authentication information is handled by the services involved in the method you choose. We use order information to manage purchases, preorders, delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds. We also use relevant information to answer requests, provide the website, send updates you choose to receive, maintain business records and address fraud, security or legal issues.
Providers and disclosures
Wix supplies the website, store, forms, contact records, analytics and payment services. Our business email is routed through Google. Relevant information may be handled by their service providers and, when needed for an order, the delivery or fulfillment provider used for that order. Authorized Suisqua personnel can access information needed for their work. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. Providers may process information outside your country, including outside the United States. Installed service apps
Deposits & Partial Payments by sitething (Kainabinoids GmbH) remains installed, but we have not configured deposit rules or automatic reminders. Its published notice describes an operational ledger containing Wix order identifiers, amounts, balances, currency, due dates, status, payment-link references, settings and installation records. The vendor describes transient use of Wix contact identifiers for reminders, without storing buyer names, email addresses or payment-card details, and identifies Cloudflare as its hosting provider. Usercentrics for Wix is installed for consent management. Its authorized access covers site, business and member information, our account email, consent settings, marketing consents and embedded scripts. Its data agreement describes processing consent identifiers, choices and timestamps, device and referrer information, IP addresses and location. Cookies and technical information
Wix Analytics is available for website traffic measurement. The website and its providers process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requests and timestamps. Wix is set to essential cookies only by default. Use Cookie preferences to accept or reject optional functional, analytics, advertising and third-party data-sharing categories, and Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Your choice is saved in this browser and takes effect after a page refresh. Essential security, shopping cart and account functions may still run. Changing consent may not remove existing cookies; browser settings can clear or block storage, with possible effects on site functions. Usercentrics remains installed but its own banner is inactive. We have not verified consistent handling of Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals across providers. Contact us about an opt-out request or other privacy choice.
Manual retention criteria
Our retention review is manual rather than a promised automatic deletion timetable. We retain order and transaction records while needed to fulfill and service an order, handle disputes, or meet legal recordkeeping duties. Support messages are retained while needed for the request and related follow-up. Marketing preferences are retained while relevant, together with limited information needed to respect an unsubscribe request. Website account records are retained while needed to operate the account or for a continuing legal purpose. We review retention when handling privacy requests and when a business purpose ends, and remove or anonymize records no longer needed, subject to lawful exceptions and the provider’s available controls. Provider logs, backups and records maintained for independent legal purposes can follow different retention rules.
Your choices and requests
Email support@suisqua.com to request access, correction, a copy, deletion, withdrawal of consent or an applicable opt-out, or to stop marketing updates. Requests are reviewed manually. We may need to verify your identity and identify the records concerned. Your rights and lawful exceptions depend on the laws that apply; some order, tax, security or dispute records may need to be retained. Necessary order and service communications are separate from marketing choices. If you disagree with our response, reply and ask us to review it.
Audience and changes
Our website services are intended for adults aged 18 or older in the United States. They are not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review it. We may update this notice when our practices change and will post the revised notice with its effective date. For a material new use requiring consent, we will seek it before that use.
