Returns and Refunds

Direct website orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment. To request cancellation, email support@suisqua.com with your order reference.

 

We offer a 30-day return policy after delivery. To request a return, email support@suisqua.com with your order reference within 30 days of delivery.

 

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and include their original packaging and all included parts. There is no restocking fee. You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

 

Suisqua pays return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact support@suisqua.com with your order reference to arrange the return.

 

Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection, within applicable legal deadlines. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

 

This policy covers direct purchases through www.suisqua.com. Kickstarter pledges, if offered, are separate transactions subject to the campaign disclosures and applicable platform terms.
